The author imagines a true socialistic colony on the remote shores of an arctic island. In the coal mining town of Pyramiden there was no money in use nor anything to buy. Maybe the lack of property also abolished the social hierarchies, inequality and envy.
The Place of no Roads is a project that reflects utopian dreams upon the little coal colored town that was put to sleep for good at the eve of this millennium as the mining was, at last, recognized to be too expensive to carry on.
